Family Tree DNA Test on Two Goldfoots
Two Goldfoot males are doing a 25 marker DNA test now to see if we are related. You may go to:
http://www.familytreedna.com/public/Goldfoot to see results which should be in about a month from now. Since our original name must have been Goldfus, people with that surname would be interested in the results and possible testing also.
Update: Yes, there was a difference of one. We are connected but back maybe to the 16th century without hard evidence of paper. It's pretty exciting.
